Booking & Payment All rides must be booked through our official platform website and/or app. Payment is accepted only through digital transactions; no cash payments are allowed. All fares are fixed and do not fluctuate based on demand. 5. Passenger Conduct Passengers must comply with all applicable cannabis consumption laws. Consumption of cannabis is only allowed within legal limits and in accordance with company guidelines. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal behavior may result in service termination without a refund. 6. Liability & Disclaimers Hash Cab LLC is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from passenger behavior. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Cancellation Policy
At Hash Cab LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness to both our customers and our business operations. 1. Cancellation Timeframes & Fees More than 24 hours before the scheduled ride: Full refund. Within 24 hours of the scheduled ride: Subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare. Within 2 hours of the scheduled ride or no-show: No refund will be issued. 2. How to Cancel Cancellations must be made through our official website and/or Mobil app. Customers will receive a confirmation notification upon successful cancellation. 3. Driver Cancellations If Hash Cab LLC needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. 4. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. 5.
