Welcome to Hash Cab LLC. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If

you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use our services. You must comply with all local, state, and federal

laws regarding cannabis consumption and transportation.

3. Service Description

Hash Cab LLC provides a private, single-party cannabis-friendly transportation service within Denver,

Colorado. We do not sell, distribute, or provide cannabis; we only offer a hospitality experience in

compliance with local laws.

4. Booking & Payment

All rides must be booked through our official platform website and/or app. Payment is accepted only

through digital transactions; no cash payments are allowed. All fares are fixed and do not fluctuate based

on demand.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must comply with all applicable cannabis consumption laws. Consumption of cannabis is only

allowed within legal limits and in accordance with company guidelines. Disruptive, abusive, or illegal

behavior may result in service termination without a refund.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

Hash Cab LLC is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from passenger behavior. We are not

liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Passengers assume all risks associated with cannabis

consumption.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services

constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Hash Cab LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness to both

our customers and our business operations.

1. Cancellation Timeframes & Fees

More than 24 hours before the scheduled ride: Full refund. Within 24 hours of the scheduled ride: Subject

to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare. Within 2 hours of the scheduled ride or no-show: No refund

will be issued.

2. How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made through our official website and/or Mobil app. Customers will receive a

confirmation notification upon successful cancellation.

3. Driver Cancellations

If Hash Cab LLC needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a

full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT

AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS

This Liability Waiver and Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Hash Cab

LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned passenger (“Passenger”). By booking and using the

services of Hash Cab LLC, Passenger acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following

terms:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Passenger acknowledges that Hash Cab LLC is a private transportation service that allows

passengers to consume cannabis products of their own possession while in the vehicle. Passengerunderstands that cannabis use may impair judgment, coordination, and reaction time, and

assumes all risks associated with their own consumption, including but not limited to:

Impaired physical or mental abilities
Adverse health reactions
Personal injury or property damage
Legal consequences for public intoxication or other offenses after exiting the vehicle

Passenger affirms that they are at least 21 years old, in compliance with Colorado law, and are

consuming cannabis at their own discretion and risk.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passenger releases, waives, and discharges Hash Cab

LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives (collectively, the

“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses

arising out of or related to:

Passenger(s) voluntary cannabis consumption before, during, or after the ride
Any actions Passenger(s) takes upon exiting the vehicle
Any legal consequences arising from Passenger(s) state of intoxication
Any third-party claims or damages related to Passenger(s) behavior

Passenger agrees that Hash Cab LLC is not responsible for ensuring their fitness to operate a

vehicle, bicycle, or any machinery, or for their ability to walk safely after exiting the vehicle. By

using Hash Cab’s services, the individual booking the ride (‘the Rider’) agrees to these terms on

behalf of themselves and all accompanying passengers (‘Additional Riders’). The Rider affirms

that they have the authority to accept these terms for all Additional Riders in their party and that

all passengers waive any claims against Hash Cab LLC, its affiliates, and its operators. Hash Cab

LLC assumes no liability for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the ride by the Rider or

Additional Riders. All passengers must comply with Hash Cab’s terms of service, and failure to

do so may result in service denial.

3. INDEMNIFICATIONPassenger agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hash Cab LLC and the Released

Parties from any claims, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees)

arising from Passenger’s actions, whether due to negligence, intoxication, or otherwise.

4. NO DUTY TO ENSURE PASSENGER SAFETY POST-RIDE

Hash Cab LLC provides transportation services only and has no duty to ensure Passenger’s

safety before entering or after they exit the vehicle. Passenger acknowledges they are solely

responsible for their conduct and decisions before and after the ride concludes.

5. MEDIA RELEASE (OPTIONAL)

Passenger grants Hash Cab LLC permission to use any photographs or videos taken inside the

vehicle for promotional or business purposes. Passenger may opt out by notifying Hash Cab LLC

in writing.

6. GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If any provision is found

to be invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By confirming below, passenger affirms they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to

this Waiver and Release Agreement.
